Here are some questions that you may have about the new Allways Rewards Visa® card:

• Why am I receiving a new Allegiant credit card?

  Allegiant has switched its co-branded credit card partner to Visa.

• When should I expect my new card to arrive?

  Your new card will be mailed to you automatically in late June or early July. When you receive it, be sure to activate it immediately and destroy your old card.

• How do I activate my new Allways Rewards Visa card?

  To active, please follow the directions on the sticker on the front of your new card. Remember to destroy and discard your old card.

What will change with your new credit card:

• Will I have a different credit card number?

  Your new card will have a different credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code than your current Allegiant credit card. Your Allways Rewards account number will stay the same.

• Do I need to make any changes to my recurring payments that use my Allegiant World Mastercard?

  Yes, please update your account information with your new Allways Rewards Visa card for any merchants who charge your account on a recurring basis. Remember to update your Allegiant Allways Rewards Profile with your new card information.

What will not change with your new credit card:

• Will my Allegiant credit card rewards change?

  No, rest assured your existing Allegiant credit card rewards, features and how you earn and redeem points with your Allways Rewards account on Allegiant will remain the same. Your Allways Rewards account number will stay the same.

• What will happen to my account balance?

  All balances will transfer automatically to your new card account. Your current point balance will not be affected.

• Are there any changes to the card terms and conditions?
  No, the terms and conditions of your current account will apply to your new account. The annual fee, APR, and credit line will stay the same. Your payment due date will stay the same as well.

• Will my new credit card still be a Bank of America product?

  Yes, this means that your online banking login with Bank of America and account statements will stay the same.
